in time as I crossed the planet in search of my Crypto-Jewish or Marrano
ancestors.

I was able
to find 15 grandmothers in an unbroken maternal lineage going back to the early
1500s. It was also possible to successfully prove that my family had been
Converso Jews from before the Spanish Inquisition.

This Jewish
lineage was traced back to a small village called Fermoselle in the province of
Zamora, Spain right on The Duero River, across from Mogadouro, Portugal.
Este busqueda me llevo hasta un pequeño pueblo fronterizo que se llama Fermoselle en Zamora, España,
situado en orillas del Rio Duero. En la orilla opuesta, se encuentra Mogadouro,

Genie Milgrom

Genie
Milgrom was born in Havana ,Cuba into a Roman Catholic Family of Spanish
Ancestry. In an unparalleled work of genealogy, she was able to fully document
her unbroken maternal lineage going back as far as 1430 to Pre Inquisition
Spain and Portugal. She has traveled extensively into Fermoselle, the village
of her ancestors in the Zamora region of Spain while doing field research on
the past Jew of Fermoselle. She is currently the President of the Jewish
Genealogical Society of Greater Miami, President of Tarbut Sefarad-Fermoselle
in Spain, President of the Society for Crypto Judaic Studies at Colorado State
University in Colorado Springs.
Genie Milgrom nació en la Habana,Cuba
en el seno de una familia Católica Romana. En un increíble trabajo de genealogía,
ella pudo documentar su linaje Cripto-Judio por 15 generaciones de abuelas en
una cadena sin romper hasta los tiempos Pre Inquisición en
España y logro llegar a encontrar
las abuelas Nos.16-22 en la área de Braganza en Portugal. La familia estuvo
firmemente sembrada en el pueblo de Fermoselle por 520 años y ella fue capaz de

Latino Author Book Awards . She also writes for several on line sites including

the world. She was awarded the State of Florida Genealogy award for her

achievements
and advances in the Pioneer work she has done in Genealogy.
